As Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educators we have developed a complete childbirth education program that encompasses all the information you need to be able to transition through pregnancy, childbirth and the postnatal period with ease and with great anticipation for this journey ahead. Walk, move around and change positions throughout labor

Lamaze Group Childbirth Education Classes run on 2 consecutive days
Group classes are a wonderful way to interact, engage and learn from other expectant families within a comfortable and supported environment.
The classes will provide you and your partner on a range of ‘tools’ to guide you through labour and birth and the postnatal period for a positive transition through labour, birth and postpartum.

A folder for all your materials throughout the course and handouts on all the related topics to review at home
A relaxation cd for your home practice
The price for the 2 full day classes is $600 per couple. A $100 deposit is required to hold your spot with the remaining amount due 2 weeks prior to class start date.
